Build your annual yacht budget

Enter your own quotes and usage assumptions. See where the money goes, then refine each line with our cost guides.

1. Your yacht

Length is for context. It does not set fuel consumption or staffing. Changing currency changes the label only; enter all costs in the selected currency.

2. Fuel & use

Fuel cost = hours × combined burn per hour × price per unit. Changing the fuel unit converts consumption and price together.

Generator & tender (optional)

Leave all generator fields blank if excluded. Once any generator field is entered, complete all three. Tender is an annual fuel amount.

3. Annual expenses

Enter annual amounts. Use 0 where a cost does not apply. If your maintenance figure already includes haul-out, cleaning or replacements, enter 0 in those separate rows.

Crew costs include salaries, payroll costs, travel, food, training and other employment expenses. Reserve is money set aside, not an expense already incurred.

4. Financing & depreciation (optional)

Loan payments affect cash flow. Depreciation affects resale value. They appear in separate comparisons below. Understand depreciation →

The worked example is test data, not a market estimate.

This is a planning tool using your inputs, not a quote. Get current quotes for the specific yacht and cruising area. Major refits, purchase taxes, sale fees and other one-off costs are outside this annual budget unless you add them. Monthly totals are budget equivalents, not a payment schedule.
